The East and West sections of the residence hall feature a sink in each room, tiled floors, and open lounge spaces for recreation and study.
The Center section features suites for two residents with a bathroom in each suite, individual bedrooms, and a common living room. The bedrooms and living rooms are carpeted. The rooms also have individually-controlled heating and air conditioning. Open lounge spaces for recreation and study are at each end of this section. The Center section was completely remodeled in 2004-2005.
The South East section features individually controlled air conditioning/heating units, carpeted rooms and hallways, and versatile furniture that can be configured in many different ways.
The residence hall offers laundry facilities which are included in the cost of the room. Residents have access to several laundry rooms which are equipped with commercially built, residential style washers and dryers. No coins or vending cards needed!
The residence hall offers many options for housing.
- The 2nd Floor (East, Center, and West) is male only.
- Third Floor East and Center is a female section; third Floor West is a male section.
- Fourth Floor (East, Center) is co-educational by room (offering separate male and female bathrooms). This section will vary from male to female each year based on occupancy. Fourth Floor (West) is female only.
- Fifth Floors (East, Center, and West) are female only floor.
- Sixth Floor is co-educational by room (offering separate male and female bathrooms).
- South East 2nd and 3rd are co-educational by room with separate bathroom facilities.
- South East 4th is a female only floor.
