Students who attend the June 2012 or July 2012 Summer Session will move into their residence hall room on the evening of Thursday, August 16, based on the move-in schedule below. Parents are welcome (and encouraged) to help their students move in.
Students attending the August 2012 Summer Session will move into their residence hall room the evening prior to the start of this session, Wednesday, August 15, based on the move-In schedule below. Again, parents are welcome and encouraged to help their students move in.
Move-In Times are tentatively planned as follows:
2nd floor — between 6:30 pm & 7:00 pm
3rd floor — between 7:00 pm & 7:30 pm
4th floor — between 7:30 pm & 8:00 pm
5th and 6th floors — between 8:00 pm & 8:30 pm
This information will also be sent to all new students in Welcome Weekend mailings in late July or early August.
