Biography: Dr. Hulgin is an associate professor in the Department of Graduate Education. She earned a Ph.D. in Special Education with a concentration in disability policy studies from Syracuse University.
Professor Hulgin's research examines inclusive education and services as they are influenced by organizational context and policy. Her teaching experience includes differentiated instruction, teaching in an inclusive setting, collaboration among professionals and families, as well as a number of other topics.
