The pace of technological advancement constantly increases the need for all types of computer personnel. The Computer Information Systems (CIS) program in the Division of Business provides students the necessary information systems knowledge and skills backed by a well-rounded understanding of business.

The Computer Information Systems program is designed to prepare students for entry into the information systems industry. Students gain knowledge in many areas of information systems such as programming, database, systems analysis and design, operating systems, and networking.


Program Requirements
Major in Computer Information Systems - Associate in Science Degree
Major in Computer Information Systems - Bachelor of Science Degree
Minor in Computer Information Systems
