Resume Referrals
Career Development maintains resumes of graduating seniors and alums on file for referral to employers offering full-time professional positions. Employers wishing to have resumes sent to them may contact the Career Center at 513-244-4888 or send a  job description via the information listed in the next section.  Resumes are maintained electronically through a database called eRecruiting.

How To Post A Position
Professional level (degree required) positions are maintained on our web site through our eRecruiting Job Listings. Non-professional and student employment positions are maintained in the job notebooks in the Career Center. To list a position, please send a position description, listing responsibilities, qualifications, salary, and complete contact information. Position descriptions without complete contact information will not be posted.

Position descriptions may be sent via:

  1. E-mail: Career_Center@mail.msj.edu - This is the fastest method of listing positions.
  2. Fax:  (513) 244-4509
  3. U.S. Mail:  Career Center, 5701 Delhi Road, Cincinnati OH 45233

On/Off Campus Recruiting
Employers wishing to set up on-campus interviews for full-time professional positions may contact the Coordinator of Career Development. Recruiting schedules are established at the beginning of each semester. If there is not a sufficient number of candidates to warrant on campus interviewing, resumes will be referred to the employer for off campus interviewing. (Note: Spring semester is typically better for reaching a greater number of candidates).

Spring Employment Fair
On March 7, 2012, the Career and Experiential Education Center will host the Spring Career Fair. Employers who can offer cooperative education, internship, and graduate employment opportunities in the Cincinnati area are invited to attend.   Attendance is on a first come basis. To receive an invitation, please contact Career and Experiential Education at           (513) 244-4625.
