Transcript processing time is one to three days. The transcript fee is $10 and you may request additional transcripts for $1 each on the same order. When using the On-line Transcript Request Form, the request must be paid by Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
Transcripts of a student’s complete academic record at the College of Mount St. Joseph are obtained one of two ways:
- Use the Online Transcript Request Form. The credit card information (ACCOUNT NUMBER AND EXPIRATION DATE) must be faxed to (513) 244-4201 along with your SIGNATURE. If you need further assistance call 513/244-4621 or toll-free 800-654-9314, ext. 4621.
If you do not have access to a fax machine:
- Use the Printable Transcript Request Form (PDF 16 KB). Print this form and mail to the address shown on the "Written Transcript Request Form."
An official transcript (one bearing the College seal and the authorized signature of the Registrar) is sent directly from the Registrar’s Office to the individual and/or institution specified by the student. An official transcript issued to the student is labeled “Student Copy." The College is not permitted by law to issue copies of documents from other institutions.
