The Division of Health Sciences houses four departments: Athletic Training, Nursing and Physical Therapy.

The Athletic Training Department offers a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Athletic Training. The Athletic Training major is structured to meet CAATE standards for program accreditation as well as for certification examination eligibility set forth by the National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification (NATA). The program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE).

The nursing program is built upon more than eight decades of experience in preparing women and men as professional practitioners of nursing. Two tracks to obtain a Baccalaureate in Nursing Degree (BSN) are offered: a day program for non-licensed students, and an accelerated format for licensed registered nurses. The BSN program is approved by the Ohio Board of Nursing, and fully accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education.

If you are interested in the Mount's Doctor of Physical Therapy program, you can enroll in an undergraduate program such as chemistry, biochemistry, biology, psychology, criminology/sociology, social work, sociology, athletic training, art with a concentration in pre-art therapy, English, or history. While taking courses in your major, you may also complete pre-requisite courses for physical therapy. The Physical Therapy Program has been fully accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education, American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
